Digital Docs & Signatures

You have 4 forms to complete that require your signature:
  •  Listing agreement: All sellers must have a signed listing agreement. This verifies price, term and commission offered to buyers agent which should be ideally 3% or agents could avoid you and move on to another listing.
  • Agency Disclosure: This verifies our relationhip with you.
  • Sellers disclosures: Verifies the condition of things  in your home like plumbing, wiring and so on. Be honest and disclose any issues so it does not come back to you later.
  • Lead based paint: A disclosure you need to complete even if you have a new home.
     
1.   DATASHEET: The datasheet is the  information sheet we use to input your property into the MLS. Choose the county the property being listed is in.  This will open a separate window for you to complete the datasheet.
Select the county the property is in:

MAKE SURE YOU CLICK YOUR COUNTY AND FILL IN THE DATASHEET.
  1. How to Submit Photos:  Email photos to me, jkermath@comcast.net. Photos should be at least 200kb or they will be too small and show as thumbnails.  If you want photos in a certain order then rename them on your computer like, 1.jpg, 2.jpg and so on, this way photos will upload in your order you want. If you don't rename them we will upload them in a logical order.
     
  2. Remarks: Up to 1,000 characters for your description, please email to me and we'll paste it in the MLS.
     
  3. Phone number. Email us so we know what number to put on the sign.

NOTE: If you have any issues with digital docs you can always  do docs the old way of printing them, filling them out and faxing or scanning and emailing back.

Note: One signature is fine. If property is owned jointly the one digital signature will suffice.
