A home buyer rebate or home buyer refund is the process where the buyers agent  or holme buyer rebate broker gives back, Refunds or "Rebates" part of their commission on a transaction.  Sellers offer a commission on homes listed in the MLS. The listing agent usually gets half of the commission and the other half of the commission goes to the buyer's agent or buyers rebate broker (us).
