How much will my home buyer rebate be?

NOTE: Our home buyer rebate program is designed for you, the buyer to get into the listed home without us. The more work you do, the more the rebate. 

We are located in Ann Arbor / Saline. If you're within about an hour of Ann Arbor we are happy to drive out & meet you to show homes. Under some circumstances we can drive further too.

Your home buyer rebate is dependent on how many times we show you homes.   The idea is for you as the buyer to really try to narrow down the area you're looking at and type of home. This saves time for both you and the listing agents.
 
Calculate your home buyer rebate below

0 home showings = 50% rebate.  You get the full 50% rebate or half of our commission. Normal commission is 3% to the buyer's agent so we split that in half with you.
1 time showing homes =  40% rebate (this can include several homes but one showing day).
2 times showing homes = 30% rebate, again, showing you as many homes as you wish for one day's showings).
3 times showing homes = 25% rebate.

Note, after we have the signed offer, we usually need to accompany you to the inspection. This showing does not count toward showings as we would have a signed offer in place and this is part of fully representing you as a buyer's agent.
